Our services include: transport in executive minivan with pick-up and return to hotel (for Tours only, does not apply  to the Hire-a-Guide Services); services of a fully licensed tour guide; the mandatory insurances according to Portuguese law.

Our services do not include: entrance fees to monuments; tips; meals (except where/if stated).

Tours & Co shall not be responsible for any excess baggage or out-of-size baggage not previously declared and thus impossible to transport by the contracted vehicle.

Tours & Co shall not be responsible for any criminal activity, against our clients or the contracted vehicle, that may result in harm to, or loss / damage of property by, our clients.

We strongly suggest that clients be in possession of travel insurance.

Tours & Co reserves the right to change the published prices, without previous notice, due to unforeseen rises in supplier costs.

Prices confirmed at the time of reservation of service shall be final.

A reservation is obligatory for all our tours and Tours & Co reserves the right to require prepayment in full for some of the excursions / services to confirm reservations.

Cancellations with at least 48h notice shall incur in no penalty; if services are cancelled less then 48h before, a cancellation fee of 10% will be charged – minimum 35Euros, maximum 250Euros.
